General

Booking dates are not secured until a 25% non-refundable deposit is received.
Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and constitutes a binding contract.
All prices include complimentary delivery within 20 miles of Meridian, Idaho.
Out-of-area bookings may be accommodated for an additional fee. Please contact us for a custom quote.
Every package/event is subject to a $30 cleaning fee.

Perfectly Pitched Responsibilities

Perfectly Pitched will deliver, set up, and furnish the bell tent(s) and/or tiny tent(s) according to the selected package on the agreed-upon date.
At the conclusion of the contract period, Perfectly Pitched will return to dismantle and remove all tents and furnishings.

Perfectly Pitched accepts no responsibility or liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property left inside the tents during the contract period.
Perfectly Pitched accepts no responsibility or liability for injury, damage, or loss to the client, guests, or any person present at the event during the contract period.

Mattresses

Certain packages include memory foam mattresses.
All mattresses are fitted with removable protective covers that are laundered and sanitized between each client for cleanliness and hygiene.

Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring a safe, level, and adequate space is available for setup.

Space Requirements

16’ Bell Tent: 24’ of flat grass area 20’ Bell Tent: 28’ of flat grass area Tiny Tent: 3’ x 7’ per tent

Additional Space for Tables

1 Table: +8’
2 Tables: +14’
3 Tables: +20’
4 Tables (maximum): +26’

No refunds will be issued if adequate space is not available at the time of setup. Animals of any kind are strictly prohibited.

All Perfectly Pitched events are strictly non-smoking. Payment Terms

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.
The remaining balance is due six (6) weeks prior to the event date. Failure to pay results in forfeiture of the deposit and booking date.
Events booked within six (6) weeks of the event date require full payment at booking.
All add-ons must be paid in full at booking and are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than six (6) weeks prior to the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations made within six (6) weeks of the event date will result in forfeiture of all payments.

Weather Conditions

Perfectly Pitched is not responsible for losses or costs incurred due to weather conditions that prevent setup.
A secondary location is strongly recommended.
Perfectly Pitched reserves the right to cancel any contract at any time. In such cases, a full refund will be issued and no additional liability will be assumed.

Health & Safety

No smoking inside or near tents. Homes with smoking present will not be booked. No open-flame candles inside tents.
No cooking inside tents.
Fire pits and open flames must be kept at a safe distance and never left unattended.

Additional Charges & Damages
The client is responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Charges are due upon collection and payable by card or cash. Food, Beverages, Makeup & Pets

Food, drinks, makeup, and pets are strictly prohibited inside tents. Stains incur a $75 damage fee plus a $100 cleaning fee.
Evidence of smoking inside tents results in a $500 cleaning fee.

Add-Ons & Third-Party Vendors

Some add-ons are provided by third-party vendors.
Perfectly Pitched is not responsible for third-party services. Use is at the client’s discretion.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events.

Custom Theme & Special Request Add-On

Custom themes or special requests not included in Perfectly Pitched’s standard inventory may require the purchase of specialty décor, pillows, or accessories.

• Custom Theme Add-On fees start at $150 and may increase based on items required.
• All specialty items remain the property of Perfectly Pitched Sleepovers, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Items provided as part of a Custom Theme Add-On are rental items only and not keepsakes. • Custom Theme Add-On fees are non-refundable once items have been purchased.
