Terms and Conditions

General

1.       Bookings dates are not held until a deposit of 25% is paid.

2.       Deposit payment is acknowledging your acceptance of these terms and conditions and is considered a binding contract.

3.       Our prices include complimentary delivery within 20 miles of Nampa, ID

4.       Out of area bookings may be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.

5. Every package/event has a $30 cleaning fee.

Perfectly Pitched Responsibilities

1.       Perfectly Pitched will deliver, setup and furnish your bell tent and/or tiny tents as agreed upon by your selected package on the specified date. Perfectly Pitched will return to dismantle and remove all furnishings by the end of the agreed contract.

2.       Perfectly Pitched accepts no responsibility or liability for damage or theft of any property that is left in our bell tents for the duration of the contract.

3.       Perfectly Pitched accepts no responsibility or liability for damage or injury to any member of your party or person(s) present at your event that may occur during the duration of the contract.

**Mattresses included in certain packages are fill with air. These mattresses come with built in air pumps that may need to be used throughout the event**

Client Responsibility.

1.       The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space is available for the equipment to be set up. Dimensions required are outlined as follows;

a.       16’ bell tent: 24’ feet of flat grass area

b.       20’ bell tent: 28’ feet of flat grass area

c. Tiny Tent: 3’ x 7’ (per tent)

Space required per table. Please add the following length to the above measurements.

·         1 Table: 8’ Feet

·         2 Tables: 14’ Feet

·         3 Tables: 20’ Feet

·         4 Tables: 26’ Feet (maximum)

Perfectly Pitched will not refund any event where adequate space is not available for set up.

1.       Animals of any kind are prohibited.

2.       All Perfectly Pitched bookings are strictly non-smoking

Payment

1.       A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking date.

2.       Remaining balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to your event date. Failure to pay the remaining balance, forfeits deposit and booking date.

3.       If your event is within 6 weeks, full payment is due at time of booking.

4. Add-ons must be paid in full (not included in the 25% deposit) at time of booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellation

You may cancel up to 6 weeks prior to your event start date. Failure to cancel after, will result in your deposit being non-refundable.

In the event of foul weather, which does not allow Perfectly Pitched to setup our bell tent, Perfectly Pitched does not accept any responsibility or liability for losses or other costs incurred as a result. Please have a secondary setup location available.  

Perfectly Pitched reserves the right to cancel any contract at any time. In the unlikely event of this happening, a full refund will be made. However, Perfectly Pitched will not accept any responsibility or liability for losses or any other costs incurred as a result.

Health and Safety

1.       Perfectly Pitched operates a STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY inside or near our bell tents.

  • In order to keep our equipment safe for all, we will not book parties in homes with smoking.

2.       Candles with flames are not permitted inside our bell tents. Fairy lights and lanterns will be provided for you.

3.       For your protection and safety, cooking is not permitted inside our tents.

4.       Fire pits and open flames should be a safe distance from our bell tents and should not be left unattended.

Additional Charges.

1.       If any items including tents, furniture, fittings or decorations are damaged or missing, you will incur additional charges. This payment will be taken by card or cash upon collection of items.

Beverages/Food/Makeup/Pets

Pets, makeup, food and drinks are prohibited inside Bell tents or Tiny Tents. Any stains inside or outside the tents will result in a penalty charge of $75 plus $100 cleaning fee

.2.       Perfectly Pitched has a strict NON-SMOKING policy, indication of smoking inside our tents incur a $500 cleaning fee.

Add-Ons

  1. Perfectly Pitched utilizes third party vendors for some add-ons and business information may be obtained upon request.

  2. Perfectly Pitched is not responsible for these add-ons as all reliability remains with the original service provider. Use at your own discretion.

    Force Majeure

If, by reason of any cause beyond the reasonable control of either party hereto, including, but not limited to, strikes, failure of major subcontractors, fire, hurricane, flood or other acts of nature or acts of God, accidents, war, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, embargo or other governmental act, regulation or request, or other legal restrictions, such party is delayed in its performance, in whole or in part, of its obligations under this agreement (other than monetary obligations), then such party shall be excused from such performance and such nonperformance will not make the party liable to the other party. The party delayed shall, as promptly as reasonably possible, notify the other party of the reasons for the delay and its estimated duration.
